Frequently asked questions
How does the refill conserve spray?
The Sense & Spray system has a built-in 20-minute lock-out mode after spraying, which stops it from releasing fragrance too frequently when there is constant movement.
Can I get an extra spray if the system is in lock-out mode?
Yes. You can press the manual boost button on the device at any time for an instant extra burst of fragrance.
What triggers the automatic spray?
The device uses motion sensor technology, triggering a spray when you walk by or turn on a light.
