Frequently asked questions

How many rooms does this system cover?

One outdoor unit feeds five separate wall-mounted indoor units, giving five zones across up to about 130 m².

What are the energy ratings?

It is rated A++ for cooling and A+ for heating, with inverter technology that reduces energy use by 40 to 60% compared to non-inverter systems.

Does it need professional installation?

Yes. The gas is F-Gas regulated, so a qualified engineer must handle it. The 2-year warranty is subject to commissioning by qualified F-Gas engineers, and the 5-year parts warranty needs annual service.

Are pipe kits included?

The product name states pipe kits are included, and the retailer listing specifies a 5 metre pipe and cable kit.

What smart functions are present?

Sleep mode, 24-hour timer, auto-restart, self-diagnostics, smartphone and voice control, plus an I Feel sensor that measures temperature at the remote.
