Frequently asked questions
Why do the cushion inserts arrive looking flat?
They are vacuum sealed in polybags and may look like one large pillow. Put them in a low-heat dryer for 5 to 10 minutes to regain the fluffy shape.
How should I clean the Molten Creek cushion pads?
Sponge clean only. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. The label warns carelessness causes fire.
Are these cushion inserts suitable for allergy sufferers?
They use hollow fibre fill and are described as anti-allergy. The fabric draws moisture away from the skin to help balance body temperature.
