Frequently asked questions
How do you adjust the pillow's firmness and height?
You can remove the memory foam fill for a softer, flatter pillow, or add extra fill from the included bag for a loftier, firmer feel.
How should the pillow be expanded after unboxing?
Because the pillow arrives compressed, fluff it vigorously by hand, or place it in the dryer with a dryer sheet on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Does the memory foam have an odour?
Freshly manufactured virgin memory foam may have a mild new foam scent. Allow the pillow to air out before use to let the scent dissipate.
Is the pillow cover machine washable?
Yes, the removable outer cover is made from signature Lulltra fabric and can be machine washed.
