Frequently asked questions
How is the Blusafe Apollo handle powered?
It runs on 4 standard AA batteries. The system alerts you via voice and app notifications when power is low, giving around 200 remaining door operations before the batteries run out.
What happens if the internal batteries die completely?
You can connect a 9V battery to the external emergency power point to gain access, or use the included emergency physical keys.
Does this handle support remote unlocking away from home?
Yes, but you need to purchase the Blusafe Wi-Fi Bridge separately to unlock the door or manage access permissions over the internet.
Will it fit my existing door handle setup?
The handle is designed to fit 90% of standard lift-up handle multipoint locking systems.
