Frequently asked questions
Does this tumble dryer require an external wall vent?
No, this is a condenser dryer. Steam is converted into water and collected directly in a front water container, so no external wall vent is needed.
What dryness options are available?
It features four dryness levels: Ready to Iron (leaves slight moisture), Dry Hanger (ready to hang up), Dry Wardrobe (ready to store), and Extra Dry (completely dry).
How does Sensor Dry work?
Sensor Dry allows you to select your required dryness level. The dryer monitors moisture and automatically turns off when that level is reached, saving energy and preventing fabric over-drying.
What features are available through the Candy app?
Connecting the dryer to the Candy app via Wi-Fi allows you to download additional drying programmes, monitor ongoing cycles, and run diagnostic checks.
