Frequently asked questions
Is the NoseFrida suitable for newborn babies?
Yes, it is paediatrician recommended, BPA and phthalate-free, and safe for all ages.
Which parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher?
The blue nasal tube, red mouthpiece, and filter cap are top-rack dishwasher safe.
How often should I change the hygiene filter?
You should replace the disposable filter after every use.
How do I fix a loss of suction caused by a loose hose?
To prevent stretching, twist the hose off instead of pulling it. If it is loose, cut a quarter of an inch off the stretched end and reattach it to the mouthpiece.
