Frequently asked questions
How long do the replacement filters last?
The middle and activated carbon filter set provides clean air for 12 to 15 months. The permanent pre-filter should be washed every 2 to 4 weeks.
Is this filter set compatible with other air purifiers?
No. This set is created exclusively for the Levoit EverestAir-P Smart series. Using non-genuine filters can trigger inaccurate filter life tracking and risk motor damage.
Does the washable pre-filter ever need replacing?
No. The pre-filter never needs to be replaced as long as it is cleaned regularly every 2 to 4 weeks.
What particles does the activated carbon filter target?
It reduces wildfire smoke, seasonal pollen, vehicle exhaust, VOCs, and household odours from cooking, pets, humidity, and cigarettes.
